Muffin Mornings is Cancelled for July 29th
Marti needs to cancel Muffin Mornings this morning, July 29th. Sorry for the short notice, but she is suffering from a migraine.

Inviation to Rigge's to Celebrate Lane's Baptism
April & Jesse Rigge and family would like to invite everyone from Immanuel to their house after the service on Sunday for lunch to help them celebrate Lane's baptism and to thank everyone for all their prayers.

Immanuel Quarterly meeting is scheduled for this Sunday, July 30th following the worship service. We will also be celebrating Lane Eli Rigge's baptism during this Sunday's service.
WANTED: singers for a parish choir for the Unity Service! We will have 3 practices at First Lutheran Church. If you like to sing, COME! We will sound great no matter what! Even if you can't make all 3 practices, still feel free to join us! The song is easy and it will be awesome!
- August 6th & 19th at 4:30 pm and Sunday, August 20th at 8:00 am (at First Lutheran)

The last Fruits of the Spirit Muffin Mornings will be held this Saturday, July 29th at the parsonage from 9:00-10:30 am! It has been a wonderful couple weeks growing and learning together. If you've missed a few or can't make all of them, don't feel bad showing up for what you can. It's a beautiful time of fellowship and conversation! Bring your bibles and join us!

Muffin Mornings continues every Saturday at the parsonage from 9:00-10:30 am! We are working our way through the Fruits of the Spirit. It has been a wonderful couple weeks growing and learning together. If you've missed a few or can't make all of them, don't feel bad showing up for what you can. It's a beautiful time of fellowship and conversation! Bring your bibles and join us! Due to Straw Bale Days conflicts with one of our Muffin Mornings, so our last Muffin Morning will be held July 29th, not August 5th.

Please keep the family of Ronald Wipf (David Moeding's father-in-law) in your prayers. He passed away suddenly last week while visiting his daughter in Africa.
Prayer for Rain....
God of life, all good gifts come from you: the breath of life that creates us, the fellow creatures that accompany us, the saving waters that renew and refresh us.
We look to you in our time of need. Give to the earth the water of life, water to bring forth food for your creatures. Send us rain to heal the earth and to cleanse its face, water to quench your thirsty land. Let faith be born from our doubts, hope from our despair, compassion from our troubles. Let the rains come, so we may know once more your care for creatures. Then we will bless your great name and declare your faithful love. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen
