Church Service Schedule for the Week

Immanuel Christmas Eve Program will be held at 6:30 pm Christmas Eve night.

A unity service will be held at 9:30 am in Carthage on Sunday. Therefore there will be no service at Immanuel on Sunday.

Keep Carl Matter's Family in Your Prayers

Please keep Carl Matter's family in your prayers. He passed away peacefully on Wednesday, at his home.

His funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, December 13th, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Iroquois. Burial to follow in the church’s cemetery with military honors by the Bensley-Rounds Post #280 Iroquois American Legion.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, Sunday, December 12, at the Kuhler Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 4:00 PM Sunday afternoon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Immanuel Lutheran Church, rural Iroquois or the Bensley-Rounds Post #280 Iroquois American Legion.

Fields of Grace concert will be held in Arlington at their ball diamond on this Saturday at 3:30. Gates open at 3:00. The Heroes of Hunger - Iroquois Food Pantry

Do you or someone you know need help with a meal or food for the week? Did you know we now have a food pantry right here in Iroquois? With the generous help of Huron Community Foundation we started The Heroes of Hunger. We are proud to now serve our community of all ages all year around. Like to remain anonymous? We will make sure that happens!!

The Heroes of Hunger Food Pantry will be open every 1st Wednesday and 3rd Wednesday of each month. It is located in the old concession area in the South Gym!!

Vacation Bible School - Anchored in Faith

VBS was a huge hit again and everyone had so much fun growing our faith together! Sorry it took so long to get pictures posted. We gathered together last Thursday and Friday with the program Friday night. I have all 180+ pictures posted on my Facebook page if you would like to see them all but here are a few too.

Immanuel Vacation Bible School will be held 6:00-9:00pm on Thursday, June 10th and 10:00am-2:00pm on Friday, June 11th with the program at 7:30pm.

Let me know who will be able to join in on the fun!! Kids, grandkids, friends and adult helpers as well! Once again it will be a couple days of making fun memories!! Everyone will need a sack lunch for Thursday supper and Friday lunch.

 Good evening!

As you may have heard, we will be returning to worship in the building tomorrow morning.  Worship is at 11 AM.  The attached document was put together by your church council as guidelines for our return.  

In brief:

*Wear a mask

*Use hand sanitizer upon entry into church

*Sit with your family but distance yourself from others (every other pew will be marked for non-use)

*Fellowship outside, not inside the building

*Occupancy will be limited in the sanctuary (once we are full, others will be directed to sit downstairs or listen in their cars)
