Please pray for my mom, Marleen Moeller, as she goes in for a biopsy on Tuesday morning, for a spot discovered on her lung.

Spring Yard Cleanup & Quarterly Meeting

Church this Sunday, April 19th will be at 9:30 am with Sunday School at 8:30 am.

Spring cleanup of the church yard and cemetery will be Tuesday, April 21st at 6:30 pm.

Quarterly meeting will be held following the 11:00 am service on May 3rd.

Each family is asked to give a $40 donation to the church to help with mowing and lawn upkeep.

Service at 9:30 this Sunday, April 19th

Church will be held at 9:30 this Sunday, April 19th. Jeff Luce will be leading our service. He lives in Wolsey with his wife Tammy and children and works for Asphalt Paving in Huron. He has lead many of the casual Thursday services at Our Saviors Lutheran in Redfield as well as other services.

Ministry Site Study

Our Ministry Site Study is scheduled for Sunday, April 12^th at 1 pm at Immanuel. Since our church is at 11:00 this Sunday there will be coffee after church for those wanting to wait around until the meeting. Susan Marone with the Synod Office will be there as well as a pastor and lay person.  They would like to have the council there as well as any members of the congregation who wish to participate. Meeting will last approximately one hour.

Immanuel council will be held Tuesday, April 14th at 8:00 pm

Easter Lilies

We were informed that the Pastor that will be doing the Easter SonRise service for us is allergic to Easter lilies. Therefore, please refrain from bringing them to church.

Good Friday Service is at 7:30 tonight and Easter SonRise Service is at 6:30 with breakfast & fellowship to follow!! Hope to see you all there!

Pleese keep Lorelee Nelson and her family in your prayers as they mourn the loss of her brother Dene Gullickson.

First Lutheran circle members will present "The Parable of the Mouse" at Firesteel Healthcare Center on Tuesday, April 7th at 1:30 pm. If you are interested in going be at the church at 12:45.

Kathy Peterson will be moving to Tea, SD to live with her daughter Kelly and granddaughter, Charli around Easter time. We wish her the best. She will really be missed.

The Parish Council is currently serving as the Call Committee as we look for a new pastor. We invite any congregation member who would like to be involved in this process to join us as well. Please contact Dawn Hamilton if you would like to be included.

We are in the process of scheduling our Ministry Site Study visit with the Synod Office. This will be scheduled in April. All council members and interested congregation members will be invited to attend. Once this meeting has taken place we will be able to begin accepting names for our position.
