VBS Program Tonight ~ Everyone Welcome

Reminder ~ The VBS program is tonight at 7:30 pm. All of the kids have been working so hard preparing songs for tonight and would love to see you all there!! There will be fellowship afterwards with cookies/bars in the basement provided by all of the VBS families! The roofing crew has also been busy replacing the shingles on the church the last couple of days. Therefore, you might want to park in the grass rather than right along the church, just in case they do not have everything picked up by tonight. Hope to see you all tonight at 7:30 pm!!

Care Package for Jason Bell and VBS Program

WELCA would like to invite everyone to place care package items for Jason Bell, husband of Shalace (Larson) Bell in the box that is in the back of the church. Jason is stationed in Afghanistan and will be deployed until December. We want to send him a package to tell him THANK YOU for his service and to let him know that our church family is keeping him in our prayers.

Also, Vacation Bible School started today. We have 37 kids joining us this year and they are all eager to learn the new lessons & songs, make fun crafts and of course play on the awesome playground!! Thanks Ben Machtemes for this great gift...the kids love playing on it. All of the kids would love for you to join us at our VBS program on Friday night at 7:30. There will be fellowship afterwards with cookies/bars in the basement provided by all of the VBS families!

Update on Pastor LeShea

Pastor LeShea went to the doctor today because her fibromyalgia has been acting up very badly after her last surgery. Her doctor recommended that she go to her parents, in Lincoln, NE, for a couple of weeks to rest and recooperate and to not do therapy. Rick will be taking her down there, but will not be able to stay because of his job.

Please send prayers. Get well wishes & cards can also be sent to her parents address:
