As well as a special offering for the flood victims in TX. Cash donations or Walmart/Home Depot/Lowes gift cards will be sent to the Zion Lutheran Church in Kerrville, TX and will be distributed to help with debris cleanup.

Please keep the family of LaVerne Hein in your thoughts and prayers, as she passed away on Saturday.
LaVerne M. Hein, age 93, of Huron, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Prairie View Healthcare Center in Woonsocket. Her funeral service will be on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:30 am at American Lutheran Church in Huron with burial following at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation with her family present will be on Thursday, July 10th from 5-7 pm at Welter Funeral Home in Huron and one hour prior to her funeral service at the church on Friday.

Keep the Family of Dean Peskey in Your Prayers
Please keep the family of Dean Peskey in your prayers as he passed away early Saturday morning.
His graveside service will be on Thursday, February 27th at 9:30 am at Maplewood Cemetery in Iroquois followed by a memorial service to celebrate Dean’s life at 11 am at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Huron. Visitation with his family present will be on Wednesday, February 26th from 5-7 pm at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Huron with a prayer service beginning at 6:30 pm.
