Lowell Received Ambassador Peace Medal

Lowell Dubro was one of the 200 Veterans who received an Ambassador Peace Medal from South Korea at a ceremony held Tuesday at the Capitol in Pierre. The medal is a way of expressing the South Korea Governments gratitude and respect for those who served during the Korean War. Lowell was in the Air Force and was a Jet Engine Mechanic during the war and was in the Korean War Zone. His wife LaVaye had the privilege of pinning his medal on him. Congratulations Lowell...we are very proud to have you in our church family!

Reminders: Immanuel WELCA is hosting a time for fellowship following our 6:00 service tomorrow night that will be led by the Prairie Praise Band. Soup and sandwiches will be provided, but the congregation is asked to furnish cookies or bars.

The annual meeting will be held January 31st following our 11:00 am service. There will be a potluck following the meeting.
